About Us
Mad Dough is a Neapolitan-style pizzeria born in 2019.
After many years of experience in the pizza industry in Italy and Europe, Alessio found his small spot in Sydenham Road to serve his customers traditional Neapolitan pizzas with quality ingredients and a touch of creativity.
Our Pizza
Our pizza dough is daily made on site with stone ground flour and 70% of water. We let it rise for at least 48 hours to improve the digestibility of our pizzas.
We select our ingredients with care so that our customers have a delightful experience when they eat our pizzas.
We are always looking for new techniques and recipes to make your experience unique.
Our Drinks
At Mad Dough restaurant, we have a range of craft beers, wine, prosecco, soft drinks and cocktails.
You can also get our cans of craft beers and soft drinks for delivery/collection.
